Returns & Exchanges  2020
If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with our products, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as the products are returned unused and in the original box. 

As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will notify you. If you do wish a refund we will credit your credit card.

 Shipment costs for the return of the product is paid by you and will not be refunded by HELBAK unless the return is due to breakage or damage during shipping.

It is simple to shop with us. Select the items you want to purchase and place them in your basket. Fill out your personal and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Shipping cost and delivery time from Denmark
During december, we ship with Coolrunner, as they deliver from day to day, and we find it important that christmas presents are delivered in time;-) 

It means you get a notice to pick up your package in the nearest package shop available.

Delevery time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and shipped with Coolrunner it will take up to 3 business-days before the package reach you.


Europe (EU)
Delevery time: 2-5 business days. Shipping cost: €20. Free shipping: Over €200.

Rest of the world
Delevery time: 5-6 business days. Shipping cost: $40. Free shipping: Over $275.

Our prices
All prices incl. 25% VAT. 

HELBAK accepts the following credit/debit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Maestro. Don’t panic when your currency will be changed to DKK at checkout. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order leaves our warehouse.

No tracking
We do not offer package tracking. If you have any questions in relation to your delivery, please contact shop@helbak.dk
